Commercial Lighting FAQs

  • Eligibility for commercial lighting upgrades depends on two main factors:

    1. The nature and location of the premise where the upgrades will be carried out, and

    2. The types of products that will be installed.

    To help you determine whether your project is eligible for government incentives, we have provided a description of the eligible scenarios below.

    Premises:

    All Victorian businesses that use fluorescent commercial and/or industrial lighting are eligible to participate.

    Products:

    For Commercial Lighting: Linear and circular fluorescent lamp upgrades (T5, T8, T12), non-integral ballast compact fluorescent lamp (CFL)

    For Public Lighting: non-Building-Based (lights on poles basically).

  • Standard payment terms under the Independent service level is 10 business day from the day the complete and correct paperwork is received by us.

    To reduce payment delays relating to paperwork correction requests, opt for our higher level Assisted or Managed service to guarantee streamlined paperwork and prompt cashback.
